StashFirst privacy.

This policy explains how One Million Labs, Inc. (“One Million Labs”, “we”) handles information in StashFirst, our iPhone app for keeping track of stored breast milk.

The short version. StashFirst has no accounts and no server. The bags you add, their dates, your places, and your settings stay on your iPhone. The app has no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. StashFirst Pro is bought through the App Store, and the app checks it with Apple on your iPhone. Nothing about you is sent to us or to anyone other than Apple. We don’t sell your information.

What’s kept on your iPhone

• Your bags: the amount and unit, the pumped date, where each bag is kept, whether it was thawed, used, or discarded and when, and the reason you gave for discarding one.
• Your places, including names you give custom places, and how long milk keeps in each.
• Your settings, such as ounces or milliliters, your daily intake, and whether reminders are on.
• Use-by reminders, which are scheduled on your iPhone.

None of this is sent to us or anyone else. Your bags, places, and settings are included in your iPhone’s backups if you make them. A CSV or backup file leaves your iPhone only when you export it and choose where to send it, and so does Export raw data, which StashFirst offers only if it can’t open its data.

Permissions

StashFirst asks for one permission, notifications, and only when you turn on use-by reminders. Reminders are local notifications: StashFirst doesn’t use push notifications. It never asks for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or health data.

StashFirst Pro

StashFirst Pro is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. Apple handles payment, so we never see your name, your Apple Account, or your payment details. To know whether you have Pro, StashFirst asks Apple on your iPhone; the app doesn’t send anything to us or to anyone other than Apple. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to App Store purchases.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites. StashFirst has no ads and no analytics.

How long we keep it

What’s kept on your iPhone stays there until you use Delete all data or delete the app. We don’t receive or keep any information from the app.

Your choices and requests

• In StashFirst, open More and tap Delete all data to erase every bag, custom place, and setting. Deleting the app does the same.
• Your purchase of Pro is tied to your Apple Account and isn’t deleted with your data. Apple keeps that record under its own privacy policy.
• Questions or requests about your information can go to legal@1millionlabs.com. We handle them wherever you live.

Health information

Your bag records can be sensitive information about you and your baby. They stay on your iPhone and are never sent to us or anyone else, and StashFirst doesn’t read from or write to Apple Health. StashFirst is an organizer and doesn’t give medical or feeding advice. Its default use-by dates are based on CDC storage guidance for healthy full-term babies, and you can change them.

Children

StashFirst is meant for parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change how StashFirst handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
